Responsibilities
- Create attractive and user-friendly graphics for our website, including banners, product imagery and promotional content
- Design creative content for social media, email campaigns and online advertising
- Develop visuals that strengthen the Aussie Haven Melbourne brand and customer experience
- Work closely with our marketing team to turn ideas into engaging creative concepts
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
Requirements
- Previous experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion or e-commerce
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar design tools
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for clean, attractive design
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work

- Keep clothing displays organised, attractive and well presented
- Assist with everyday store operations, including stock and register duties
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful service
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is preferred, particularly within fashion
- Friendly and confident communication skills

- Ability to provide thoughtful and personalised assistance
- Flexibility to work different shifts when required
